What is astaxanthin?
A natural antioxidant produced by microalgae. It's what makes wild salmon and prawns pink, and it's what lets those algae survive full sun in shallow water.
Unlike most antioxidants, it's fat-soluble, so it works inside the cell membrane rather than stopping at it.
How do I take it?
